We don't like artifical preservatives so we don't use any. Same with sweeteners, colorants, and anything with more than 10 letters like methyl cyclopentenolone.

Storage and cooking instructions
Your Omlt pods have been blast frozen on the spot and delivered frozen to you. Pods are a highly perishable product, so upon receiving your package, move the pods to the freezer and keep them there at all times. Do not thaw or re-freeze.
When ready to enjoy your favorite Omlt pod, take it out of the freezer, unpackage, and pop the pod into the Omlt machine. Select the GREEN cooking mode by pressing the button on the device and wait for approximately 8-9 min. After the cooking is done, the device will automatically shut off, beep, and flash the light. Open the lid and take out the pod.
